I remember a conversation with a dear friend who shared with me that she's been busy supporting her son, taking him to a special sports programme to help him thrive and feel better. And yet, when I asked her, what about you? What do you do for you? She replied and said that she rarely gave herself the space to rest, reflect, or nurture her own needs. This is so familiar for many of us: we care deeply for others, but our own balance, joy, and renewal often get left behind, or we don't feel we deserve to spent money time and attention on ourselves.
