What happens during a Breathwork session?

Here's a short explaination to you what tyou can expect from your session and what happens breathing deep and longer than usual.

In guided breathwork, you’ll explore 'conscious connected' breathing techniques supported by music. We begin with an introduction and simple practice to get you familiar with the breath used.

After a light warm-up, we make sure you and your body are ready for the main breathwork part of your session. You breath deep and rhythmic, designed to activate your nervous system. This releases tension, and access deeper layers of your brain for healing and feeling more.

I will monitor your process closely and offer guidance throughout. Our session ends with calm integration, essential for resetting the nervous system and allowing natural healing to arise.
All of this happens in a safe, compassionate space where you are free to feel, release, and reconnect.
