About Yoga &

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Yoga is union. Uniting the breath and movement together. Mindful movement is a way of moving your body with full awareness and presence, having fun while moving. Its about consciously feeling, noticing what is happening in your body and mind in the moment.

I combine my classical yoga class with mindful practices. I am here to help you building strength from inside out, mentally and physically. Yoga tones the body but most importantly it resets your nerve system leaving you feeling balanced and better than before.

Why

Take a

Mindful Movement

You’ve invested in a good life, quality and comfort. You live surrounded by beauty. But true wellness isn’t just about having more, it’s about feeling more. Fully. Clearly. Calmly.

Yoga at The Breath Moment is not about pushing your body or achieving poses. It’s about softening. Letting go. Coming to face your boundaries and meeting yourself in compassion.

In a world that constantly pulls you outward, we turn inward.

Stillness is the new luxury

What you didn’t know you needed:

  • Even “good stress” such as a busy lifestyle accumulates. Give yourself time to unwind and move the energy. Yoga helps reset your system from overdrive to ease

  • You crave presence. You have the time now, but true presence is different. Yoga helps you reconnect, with your breath, your body

  • You want to feel strong and graceful, without hard training drills. This yoga is mindful, refined, and deeply relaxing.

Let's celebrate The Moment!

I really enjoyed and cherished this moment.

Veerle is a very dedicated instructor who guides you smoothly through the different postures. She is always well-prepared, offering a thoughtful storyline throughout the session. Combined with the sunny weather in Spain, this creates an incredible experience. Highly recommended!
