The Program

Having a life changing experience isn't always planned, wanted or comfortable. It shakes up your whole life, routines, dreams and future.

What if your sorrow don’t need fixing, but feeling?​​​

In 5 sessions of 90 minutes, I create a soft, supportive environment to move through your process. We’ll listen to your body, your breath, and your emotions. Everything is welcome here.

  • You’re going through a transforming period 

  • Feel stuck, lost or heart broken

  • You are numb and cannot feel anything at all

  • You’ve lost a loved one, your health or a role

My story
How I found healing through Yoga & Breathwork

I’m Veerle, your guide and founder of The Breath Moment.

Originally from the Netherlands, now rooted in Spain.


In my twenties, I lost both of my parents, and with them, my safety net. This life experience had a big impact on me and my whole world changed. I felt alone, overwhelmed. numb, unable to feel anything.​ ​Heartbroken, confused and disconnected I stepped into a yoga class. As I moved, something shifted.

 

Tears welled up. My body remembered how to feel and my mind felt clearer. Since that moment yoga and the breath became my way to ​heal, feel and process. In time the loss changes shape. From frozen, to heartbroken and from angry to sad and actually feeling grateful to be able to feel, share and help others to move through their process.

​We can’t bypass grief, but we can move through it, together.
