Yoga Nidra meditation is designed for deep relaxation. This moment we invite the body to completely relax and unwind. There is no need to move, no experience needed. Just you, a nice environment (inside or outside). Optional: A fun idea to listen to your meditation on an airbed floating in the pool. (I have and airbed for one person)
